3 leeks

4 large potatos

3 cloves garlic

1 liter broth (veggie, chicken, whatever)

some scallions

rosemary, black pepper, 1tsp curry powder
method
chop all veggies - chop the leeks, onions, potatoes, garlic, and scallions.
sauté leeks in a big stainless steel pot with olive oil and butter, then add garlic + onions + rosemary and black pepper, continue sauté until everything is soft.
add potatoes and broth, cover, bring to boil until potatoes are soft
put soup into blender and blend until completely smooth, return to pot, add scallions and curry powder
serve with crunchy bread + garnish with extra scallions and oregano
