my current frame is a steel kilo tt stripper purchased for $200 from bikeisland.com in ~2020 or so. the frame was a good place to start, but it is subject to many common issues. mainly:

the front tire rubs against feet during tight turns, which has almost resulted in several crashes

pedal clips the ground occasionally on steep inclines/declines
i must upgrade the frame before i crash. i'd like to do so this summer. i have been considering these options:
